Registration process

For non-ACR members

Step 1: Obtain ACR membership by completing the membership formalities via ACR Membership Registration.
Step 2: Once your ACR membership is confirmed, complete your registration for the AP-ACR Conference 2027 via the official registration portal.

For ACR members

Please complete your AP-ACR Conference 2027 registration via the official registration portal.

Please note:

Last date for early bird registrations: September 30, 2026.
Authors and co-authors are required to register individually.
Co-authors cannot be registered as accompanying guests.
The guest fee includes access to the welcome reception and the gala dinner.

We are collecting information from all foreign passport holders to share with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Please complete the form by September 30, 2026.

Time is of the essence, so please complete the form as soon as possible. Please do not delay.

This information will also be used to support your visa application by providing an invitation letter, if requested. Please note that invitation letters will be emailed after we have collected all the required information and will be processed twice a week.

Important notes:

Cancellation policy: A refund after deducting applicable cancellation charges will be provided for cancellations received on or before December 15, 2026.
Guest tickets for the Reception and Gala Dinner: USD 125 per person

Registration fee inclusions

Your registration fee for the Mumbai conference includes:

Admittance to the registered sessions.
Welcome reception (January 7, 2027).
Gala dinner on January 9, 2027 (see the gala details for more information).
Tea/Coffee, Lunch throughout the conference duration at SPJIMR.
Conference documentation and a certificate of attendance.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the designated hotels to the SPJIMR Mumbai campus during the conference.

Liability and insurance

The conference organisers are not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by force majeure (unforeseen climatic, environmental, or socio-economic events).
Furthermore, the organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
By no means shall ACR and/or SPJIMR be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the conference and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the conference.
Delegates are strongly advised to independently obtain adequate and valid personal travel and health insurance coverage. It is solely the responsibility of the individual to seek out and purchase the necessary insurance regarding their travel and to independently issue any claims against third parties responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages suffered en route to or from the conference.
